Aircraft Phase-Out

PACE gained large experience in managing aircraft Phase-out / Redelivery projects performed all over the world. Our professional team supports lessors/owners or lessees/operators.

During the preparation of the aircraft and its records prior to the phase-out:

  • We perform comprehensive reviews of aircraft technical records
  • We do in-depth physical inspections
  • We prepare detailed findings reports
  • We liaise with the delivering party to manage any non-compliance with the redelivery conditions in the most cost effective manner
  • We arrange for required MRO or Part 21 activities

During the actual phase-out/redelivery period to the next operator or lessor/owner:

  • We communicate with the receiving party to support their reviews/inspections and manage their findings in order to keep compliance with the redelivery conditions
  • We report on a daily basis to the delivering and the receiving party
  • We update the technical records of the delivering party
  • We monitor transition costs and coordinate with the delivering party to keep costs as low as possible
