Philipp Aviation Consulting & Engineering GmbH was founded in 2002 by Mr. Raimund Philipp as a business consultancy and engineering office. Together with our professional team we provide the full range of technical management and CAMO services throughout the lifecycle of aircraft and engines.

PACE holds EASA (Part CAMO), Bermudan BCAA (OTAR Part 39, Subpart E) and  2-Reg (GAR Part 39) approvals for its Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation

Our Team

Raimund Philipp

Mr. Raimund Philipp founded PACE in mid-2002 and has managed the company since then. Within PACE Mr. Philipp also acts as CAMO accountable manager, post holder continuing airworthiness and airworthiness review staff. Prior becoming an entrepreneur Mr. Philipp worked for Austrian Airlines as manager aircraft asset management, manager of maintenance purchase, lead powerplant & APU engineer and as line/base maintenance engineer. Mr. Philipp graduated from Vienna University for Economics and Business Administration in 2000 with a Magister Degree in Business Administration specialized in Production Management and Transport. In 1987 he graduated from the polytechnical school for mechanical engineering and aeronautics in Eisenstadt, Austria.

Paredes-Gacimartin

Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin has worked as PACE CAMO quality manager since 2008 where he has to monitor our compliance with EASA Part-M by auditing our procedures and services. In addition, Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin acts as trainer for different courses provided by PACE. Beside working part-time for PACE Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin has worked since 2009 fulltime for Swiftair in Madrid, Spain, where he is holding the position of the Compliance Monitoring Manager. Prior to his current positions Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin worked for different operators in Spain. He graduated from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2002 with a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering.

Alejandro Taibo Suarez

Mr. Alejandro Taibo Suarez joined PACE in 2010 where he manages CAMO and reliability monitoring services as well as aircraft transition projects and acts as deputy of the post holder continuing airworthiness. Prior working with PACE Mr. Taibo Suarez worked for different operators in Spain, U.K. and Venezuela where he was responsible for aircraft phase-in/-out, engineering, logistics and material procurement. Mr. Taibo Suarez graduated from Instituto Universitario Politécnico de las Fuerzas Armadas de Venezuela in 1997, which was homologated in Spain in 2008 as BSc in Aeronautical Engineering.
