Mr. Raimund Philipp

PACE holds EASA (Part M, Subpart G & I) and Bermudan BCAA (OTAR Part 39, Subpart E) approvals for its Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization
Mr. Raimund Philipp founded PACE in mid-2002 and has managed the company since then. Within PACE Mr. Philipp also acts as CAMO accountable manager, post holder continuing airworthiness and airworthiness review staff. Prior becoming an entrepreneur Mr. Philipp worked for Austrian Airlines as manager aircraft asset management, manager of maintenance purchase, lead powerplant & APU engineer and as line/base maintenance engineer. Mr. Philipp graduated from Vienna University for Economics and Business Administration in 2000 with a Magister Degree in Business Administration specialized in Production Management and Transport. In 1987 he graduated from the polytechnical school for mechanical engineering and aeronautics in Eisenstadt, Austria.
Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin has worked as PACE CAMO quality manager since 2008 where he has to monitor our compliance with EASA Part-M by auditing our procedures and services. In addition, Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin acts as trainer for different courses provided by PACE. Beside working part-time for PACE Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin has worked since 2009 fulltime for Swiftair in Madrid, Spain, where he is holding the position of the Compliance Monitoring Manager. Prior to his current positions Mr. Paredes-Gacimartin worked for different operators in Spain. He graduated from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2002 with a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering.
Alejandro Taibo Suarez
Mr. Alejandro Taibo Suarez joined PACE in 2010 where he manages CAMO and reliability monitoring services as well as aircraft transition projects and acts as deputy of the post holder continuing airworthiness. Prior working with PACE Mr. Taibo Suarez worked for different operators in Spain, U.K. and Venezuela where he was responsible for aircraft phase-in/-out, engineering, logistics and material procurement. Mr. Taibo Suarez graduated from Instituto Universitario Politécnico de las Fuerzas Armadas de Venezuela in 1997, which was homologated in Spain in 2008 as BSc in Aeronautical Engineering.
Mr. Ievgen Oleksandrov joined PACE in 2018 where he is responsible for aircraft transitions and CAMO support. Between 2014 and early 2018 Mr. Oleksandrov worked for FL Technics, Lithuania, managing aircraft transitions as a team leader and providing engineering support for operators and base maintenance department as a lead engineer. Before that he worked with different airlines being responsible for engineering department management and systems engineering and Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company in Ukraine. Mr. Oleksandrov holds a MSc from National Aerospace University, (KhAI), Kharkiv, Ukraine in Aviation and Aerospace, where he graduated in 2009. He also holds a Part-66 / State Aviation Administration of Ukraine aircraft maintenance license for Airbus A320fam and Embraer E170/190fam aircraft.
